Return policy applicable to addresses in the contiguous 48 states only.

Please note that our shipping is only free when our customer keeps the ordered item(s). In the event of a return, the customer becomes responsible for shipping charges in both directions.

If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have received, we will exchange it or refund your money.

Purchased items that must be returned have to be in the original packaging in which they were received.

Notice of your intention to return/exchange the merchandise must be given to Sonora Leisure Furniture Ltd. as soon as possible. At such time we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
