Shipments of all merchandise sold will be delivered by ground services of either UPS, FEDEX or Parcel Post. Expedited or express shipments can be made upon arrangements.

There is no tax applicable to any shipment with an address outside the State of Arizona. Purchases with and address in Arizona will get charged at the prevailing AZ sales tax.

We will not sell, trade, or give out e-mail addresses to companies or other organizations. We will not intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user (such as, for example, your full name, street address) to any third party without having first received your permission. EXCEPTION: One exception to this policy is that we will release specific information about you or you account to comply with any valid legal process such as search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.

Sonora Leisure Furniture, LTD. does not solicit personal information to minors.

Consistent with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen without prior verifiable parental consent.

If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of thirteen and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our files.

Please note: we may nevertheless maintain a record of that persons name and address in a "do not register" file to avoid subsequent registration by a child under the age of thirteen.
