There are no shipping charges when purchases are shipped by regular ground services to any street address located in the contiguous 48 stats. If you require air or overnight service, we will verify costs and will let you know. We will use DHL, UPS, Fedex or Parcel Post. |
| Sales Taxes |
according to Arizona state laws, we will add the appropriate percentage for sales tax on purchases at our store or shipped to an address within the state of Arizona. All other states will be exempt from sales tax. |
| Delivery time |
In most cases we will ship your purchases within 24 hours and actual delivery to your door will take place within 2 to 6 business days. Special cases will be handled accordingly. |
| Manufacturing |
Lafuma products are manufactured in France and sold all over the world. |
| Warranty |
Lafuma products are warrantied for 2 years against manufacturing defects only. This excludes damage by improper use and handling, normal wear and tear. If the items you purchased do not meet with your expectations please get in touch with us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to correct it to your satisfaction. |

| padded or mesh? |
mesh recliners are made with a superior nylon mesh and provides for air flow and therefore cooler in hot weather areas. This model is designed more for outdoors but can be used indoors as well. Padded recliners offer a more cushioned and firmer feel to it. Both models are used outdoors and indoors. |
| Care and cleaning |
most cleaning can be done with plain water and let air dry. If fabric has accumulated dirt or body oil, simply mix mild soap in plain water and scrub gently and then rinse thoroughly. |
| Maintenance and part changes |
we carry all parts which make up the recliner, except for the frame, and one can easily install it as needed. The most frequently replaced parts are the elastic cords, which require on the average a new set every 3 years. Some parts for the large model are not yet available. |
